Description

This is a healthy drink. We usually have tea made of milk, sugar and tea powder. This tea has no milk and sugar. It is really delicious and full of health and easy to prepare. It has the nutrients of apple, honey, dalchini or cinnamon, elaichi or cardamom and lemon juice. You will truly enjoy the sweet and tangy taste of this invigorating drink.

Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 apple diced into small cubes


  • 2 teaspoon tea powder


  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice


  • 1 inch of dalchini or cinnamon


  • 4 to 5 cardamom or elaichi


  • 2 teaspoon of honey or as desired.

Directions

  • Take 3 cups of water to it add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of tea powder. Allow it to boil.
  • Now add the diced apple and cardamoms allow to boil for 5 minutes.
  • Now strain the solution and then add dalchini sticks or cinnamon sticks. Add honey as per your requirement. The truly refreshing and invigorating apple tea is ready. A truly wonderful and healthy way to start your day.
